Paleo Cauliflower Rice and Ground Beef

I was looking for a ground beef dish that I could make super fast but as well wanted tons of flavor. Something that didn't have tomatoes, you know, Spaghetti & Meat Sauce, Soup, or Paleo Chili, the usual become-to's!
And then, I came across this recipe for Korean Ground Beef simply it wasn't paleo, so I decided to endeavor information technology & brand information technology Paleo. It was perfect! My husband, daughter & her beau loved it! That's a win-win!
You can 1/2 the recipe if you want, just I like to make plenty for leftovers, equally y'all know.
This makes about vi-8 servings, depending on how large your servings are! My married man & the boyfriend ordinarily eat at least ii servings! They're large boys!
Paleo Korean Ground Beef
Ingredients:
- two lbs grass-fed ground Beef
- half dozen Garlic cloves, peeled and minced
- 1/ii loving cup Coconut Aminos
- 2-4 Tbs Raw Love to gustatory modality (Go out out for Keto & Whole 30)
- ane-2 Tbs. Sesame Oil (Utilise Olive Oil or Avocado Oil for AIP)
- three-iv inch long pc. of fresh Ginger, grated (or 1 tsp. ground Ginger)
- A pinch or two of Blood-red Pepper flakes (to gustation) optional (Get out out for AIP)
- Cauliflower rice (Recipe below) (or Lettuce leaves if you want to make wraps)
- Toasted Sesame Seeds, for garnish (Leave out for AIP)
- 5-6 Greenish Onions or Scallions, thinly sliced for garnish
- sea common salt to taste
Directions:
- Brown beef and minced garlic in a preheated skillet.
- Mix honey, coconut aminos, sesame oil, grated ginger (or ground ginger), and red pepper flakes (if using). If you can utilize fresh ginger it adds a lot of flavour. Pour sauce over the beefiness and mix well. Add together body of water salt to taste. Cook but until everything is heated through.
- Serve on meridian of cauliflower rice (or use with lettuce wraps, if preferred).
- Garnish with sesame seeds and sliced green onions. Relish!
Cauliflower Rice
Ingredients:
- i caput of cauliflower, riced (read hither how to make Cauliflower Rice)
- 1 Tbs of minced garlic
- one/two c. of chopped onions
- ane-ii Tbs of olive oil or avocado oil
- one-two Tbs bone broth or water (brand your own or purchase it here)
- sea common salt
Directions:
- In a separate pan, preheat with oil on med-high rut (but not smoking)
- Add onions & garlic, saute until onions are translucent
- Add cauliflower rice & body of water salt & saute until done (6-eight min.)
- Add together bone broth or water as needed.
*Tips:
- Use frozen cauliflower rice to make it even faster!
- Use leftovers to brand lettuce wraps for a quick lunch!
